By accessing or using the Relocate Bahrain platform (“Platform”) at relocatebahrain.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Relocate Bahrain is a free online platform that connects property landlords with individuals and families looking for housing in Bahrain. We do not act as a real-estate agent, broker, or party to any rental agreement. All transactions are strictly between the landlord and the tenant.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• You may not create more than one account per person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• You are the owner or authorised agent for the property described.
• All information in the listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• The property is legally available for rent.
• Photos uploaded are of the actual property and you hold the rights to use them.
• You will update or remove the listing promptly when the property is no longer available.
• You will not post duplicate, spam, or fraudulent listings.

Listings that violate these rules may be removed without notice. Repeated violations will result in account suspension.

When creating a listing, landlords may opt in to have their property featured as a short video on the Relocate Bahrain TikTok account (@relocatebahrain). By opting in you grant Relocate Bahrain a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the listing photos and details to create and publish promotional content. You may request removal of a specific video by emailing [email protected].

You must not use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory listings
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All Platform design, code, branding, and content created by Relocate Bahrain is our intellectual property. User-submitted content (listing text and photos) remains owned by the submitter; by posting it you grant us a licence to display it on the Platform.

Property images are watermarked with the Relocate Bahrain brand logo to deter unauthorised redistribution.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of landlords. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a rental arrangement made through the Platform. Always exercise due diligence before entering into any rental agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relocate Bahrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or damage from dealings with other users.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
